One of the most stunningly colored lakes I’ve seen lies in easy distance from Banff on the way to Jasper National Park. The wind was pretty strong on this day as you can see line where the trees and hill blocks the wind creating a beautiful mirror in the foreground. I’d recommend visiting both this lake and Lake Louise in the early mornings before the wind picks up.
